Dog Sweater Measurement Guide for Custom Orders www.syntryz.com So one of the foremost things we've learned in running this shop is that dogs come in all different sizes. Even my own dogs have surprised me in seeing them grow so fast from a couple pounds each, to each of them being about 15 pounds and they have long bodies, longer than my Maltese use to have. So that's why when I started this shop I thought I would concentrate more on custom orders, because we have no way to keep up with every dog size let alone breed. I realized though that not everyone wants to take the time to measure their dog or to wait for me to finish their custom order so for the past couple of years we've been trying to build up an inventory so that I can have several styles ready to ship in my most standerd sizes. Still they aren't going to fit all the dogs out there, plus I just can't make up every color and combination in every style, it's just me and my sewing machines :) So ...

Shout out to Doris Yu of Littlemeecreations.com. Using her free pattern I was able to make my own little crocheted papillon puppy. I added different lengths of furry yarns to the regular worsted weight yarn the pattern called for and it made it come out bigger. But that's okay since it made room for more of my cute little sweater to show. I made the sweater using the same pattern I make sweaters for your real furry friends. We're so excited that after many months of hard work we finally got more dog collars listed. And I'm really pleased with some of our new designs. My current favorite is the Steampunk gears, it's an embossing wheel sold by Tandy Leather Factory, they had listed it in their new catalog last year but when I went to the store to get it the manager said they had never been stocked. It was almost toward the end of last year before we finally got one and as soon as we got some made, they we a hit with my family so of course we had to make some more. Now we are working on designing our own embossing wheels and will be testing them out, so stay tuned to see what we come up with. Our collars are on sale at Etsy through July 10th, 2015.
